just cant wait to see slipknot again. i have gone to every mayhem. n they just get better every year. you u really july 21 cant come fast enough!!!!!!!
Most of the spots where you enter are usually venders and stuff where you can get food shirts and all kinds of other stuff. It's a big circle and the first few bands will play on side stages. When these bands are done then the main stage will open up and you ususally have a good half hour until the first band on the mainstage plays. Now as far as the sound, lan is a good place to hear the bands play for the main stage but it is pretty far away. The pit is also a good place to hear the bands for the main stage. When you are in the second section it is not so good. If you want to hear the best if i remember correctly take the lawn but the bands will look like ants. All up to what you would prefer.
Planning on going this year. Never been to the venue and was wondering how it's set up? And is the lawn so far back you can't see?
Can anyone from the area tell me where the best place to stay near the show is. Coming in from Minneapolis, is there a campsite nearby that would be full of metal heads?
this venue is great and fuckin huge(also it's outdoors) middle of summer in chicago, this show is gonna be epic
from mn. Thinking of coming down to check this shit out. Hows this venue for concerts? Alot of floor? Moshing is a must!
