AskingAlexandriaSucks666. Every band takes turns, one band plays at a time. there are two stages next to each other. one band plays on one stage while the next band sets up their equipment on the other stage. Ive been there every year and thats how its always been, dont worry you wont miss a single band!
hmmownedu, Yes you will get to see all the bands on every stage. If you've never gone before. there are 2 side stages and a main stage. Bands take turns on the side stages. One band plays while the other band sets up on the other stage, then everyone just keeps switching back and forth between stages (they're right next to each other) . then later everyone goes to the main stage to watch the main bands. your ticket is pretty much based on where you will be sitting during the main stage.you can go anywhere you want at the side stages. for me i got 10th row seats at section 102 so thats where i'll be at the main stage! cant fucking wait!
Hmmownedu- no. The two side stages are general admission. Main stage does not open until later - closer to when the main stage acts are ready to start performing.
If i got platinum seats for me and my dad.. will we be able to see the bands on the side stage and main stage? or just main stage... ?
Hey does anyone still need tickets to this show? Unfortunately a change in schedule has caused me to not be able to attend the show. I have 2 GA-Pit tickets for sale. Please email me at loyalone22@yahoo.com for more information. I really don't want my tickets to go to waste so please contact me if interested.
I must be blind can someone point me in the direction of what bands are playing at what times? Coming from MN and if I'm running behind I'll at least know whom I missed
Also, can you or anyone else help with my question, about trains, Im coming from Minneapolis, I wanna get to the venue nice and smoothe. Scroll down please.
@nicknack7, I know that is how its been for every other year at Mayhem in Chicago. I'm just worried that this year they wont do it the same way. I really want to be able to see Anthrax, Upon a Burning Body and As I Lay Dying, but Im afraid if I see Upon a Burning Body, I wont see Anthrax, and if I see Anthrax I wont see As I Lay Dying.

Fuck yeah, coming from Minneapolis, flying in Friday the 20th. Staying near Ohare, can anyone tell me, what train to take to meet up with the rock island that goes to tinley. And will there be cabs to grab from the tinley park station to the venue? Not renting a car, we will be drinking a lot, gonna stay outta trouble.
