This is such a huge mess, it's ridiculous. We'll have a blast regardless, but it's bullshit. We feel so jipped.

I made a post on the Mayhem facebook about how we were getting screwed..it got deleted...hmmm..looks like they don't want anyone to know about it..

I honestly feel like we should be compensated somehow for this mess..not necessarily financially but at least with some free merch or something..

This Is bullshit. I paid $90 on pre-sale tickets specifically because my 3 favorite bands were playing the same show. Slipknot, Whitechapel, and Upon A Burning body. Now a week before the show I find out I paid almost $100 to see ONE band? You fucked up Mayhem.

Bought these tickets for Slayer, Sliknot, and Antrax. Im 35 and have seen all these bands multiple times. The thing that irritates me is that yes set times are short and not to mention the fact that Antrax and Slayer are going to be playing at the same time. WTF?!!??...We got shafted to begin with at the 6:00pm Showtime, but overlooked that because I am a huge fan of the 3 bands I mentioned above. Another flaw in there plan to come to good ol houston (lol) was that they are playing at the Woodlands. Not to great for a metal show. Should be all GA for a fest like this. Saw Slipknot for the first time 12 Years ago at Tattoo the Earth Tour. Now that was a show.

yeah Ive done the VIP thing quite a few times. I too cry when they charge my card, but its well worth it everytime!

One more thing, for you pre-sale and VIP ticket holders, I was told that you would be getting an email with info the monday before, or the monday a week before the show. YOu were supposed to save your email conformation. So you might get something this monday or the monday of next week...... But seeing as this the Woodlands, and they cant plan a show for shit, I would just call Live nation every day to double and triple check everything

BTW, I'm with all you guys who are saying "FUCK HOUSTON" and doing the Dallas show. I wanted to do the same thing, but my work wouldn't give me the time off.

I am one of those people, who purchases the ridiculously overpriced VIP packages, and I'm damn proud of it. In fact, I paid double cuz, I got the "Experience". I paid a small fortune (I cried for a few days) but when is a shrub like me ever going to meet Motörhead, much less stand on stage with them? I'm more pissed about Anthrax going on the same time as Slayer. I've waited to long to see both of those bands and Im going to have to miss their full sets

I got presale tickets too and havent heard anything about early entry. The only people who have early entry are the ones who purchased those rediculously overpriced VIP pacakges

Your times are correct, Dabney82. They're actually posted above right under "directions". What I want to know is if the presale tickets get you early entry or not. If not, I'm going to have to get there really early so I can get a good spot in the pit.
