@xenophy, your seating / standing only count for the main stage, the side stage is standing room only, in a diffetent area, usually parking lot. At least thats the case for most shows.

rain hell no. Not to ruin anyones evenings, but the pavilion has also changed their sound oridnance for the lawn speakers. Lawn is totally worthless there now. Last time we were out there for A7X they sounded like they were playing through a friggin tape deck. I really hate the woodlands these days. Houston needs a concert venue AWAY from downtown with alot of land

since our show doesnt start till 6, are we even going to get signings by some of the bands?

i know we all got messed over with the half show thing but is no one else concerned about the rain?!

@Kayjakbrand good thing we are allowed to have opinions! @Dabney82 I know we're getting 8 bands that is why I said I was looking forward to 12... especially after paying a little over a hundred bucks of my hard earned money. If you have never seen AILD live they are good, I think Anthrax and Motorhead are not good bands, I am not excited to see them AT ALL...

plus were only getting 8 bands @ghelmers and AILD is the only side stage band worth seeing but since Anthrax is now on the main stage i have no desire to even go to the side stage

Slayer and Slipknot playing will be EPIC! I was looking forward to see all 12 bands...I agree with LungButter. As I Lay Dying needs to be on the main stage, they're like Sevendust always getting fucked. The Tresspass America tour will be better than this I mean Five Finger Death Punch, Emmure, God Forbid, and Killswitch Engage (and getting back their original voalist) sharing the stage I mean wow.

Listen up you pussies. Quit whining, get there early, find a goddam parking spot, (there are plenty free ones) and get your ass inside. Nothing we can do about the stupid rules of CWMP, just get there early and support your favorite bands. I plan to be there at 4:00pm. yeah i have VIP through the pavilion( not mayhem) and i cant even enter until 545. Week night shows here suck. Were missing out on most of the experience. Luckily though the 4 big bands are all on the main stage so i have no need to rush to the side stage

I just got an email from live nation stating that those who ordered the "Motörhead Experience" will be let in at 4:30, ironically I called the woodlands, and they said the parking garage, wont be open until 20 minutes before the gate opens at 5:45.

What kind of fucking Mickey Mouse bullshit is this??? Mayhem and Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion can both kiss my ass in the future. I will drive the extra hour to Dallas for any future shows where I don't spend the same amount of money and only see half the bands on the lineup. And I won't be seeing another Mayhem, I don't care who is there. Both parties should been honest about this at the time tix went on sale, when they fucking knew damn good and well it was going to be a 'half show'. There is no 'taking the sting out of it'. It was fraud, plain and simple. Fuck CWMP. They will never get another dime from me.
