ohmygod... Slipknot & Slayer

i saw slipknot and anthrax once, but saw slayer twice. i sooooo cant wait to see them again soo along as i lay dying and whitechapel!!!! its been years since i saw slipknot but i hope this is their and mayhems best tour ever.

It's cool that Slipknot is coming back along with Slayer and that anthrax is going to be on main stage. But all the small stage bands are pretty lame. Cafinn81 i'm not trying to be a dick but I think you are mixing up Ozzfest with Mayhem. System has not played Mayhem yet. But if they were playing mainstage this year that would be rad.

I cannot WAIT to see Slipknot! I've been wanting to see them for years now and I missed the chance like 4 years ago when they headlined. My first Mayhem I attended I saw System of a Down and they kicked ass, wish they were here this year also but thats alright. Slipknot more then makes up for it!!

Yeeeaaahhhhh can't wait to see Asking Alexandria, Slipknot, The Devil Wears Prada and Whitechapel!!!!! Anthrax and Slayer are good too but they're old -.- whatever, it's still gonna be a great show! :DDD

I couldn't care less for Slipknot, they never impressed me for shit! Slayer will steal the show as usual. Can't wait to see High On Fire too!

I too cannot wait for Slipknot and Anthrax... but saw Slayer with Megadeth last year and they just don’t have it live anymore. Slayer will be awesome as always, but I am willing to bet the show stealer goes to the un-named band.

I am so stoked for this year... MUCH BETTER LINE UP THAN LAST YEAR! I will most likely ALSO be attending Uproar Festival this year... DEPENDING on the line-up. Hopefully that is as good as last year if not better... I hope the headliners for this year are sick. Like I think we should throw Manson into the deal. Who is excited for this year!? I know I am!

GIVE US AN ORIGINAL HEADLINER(S)!!! Last year we were lucky enough to get Dethklok which was beyond epic! Not to knock slipknot or slayer, because they are beyond epic, but they have both already headlined before. I would say disturbed was a bad choice last year, but it was their last tour so they deserved it. Metallica, System of a Down, Children of Bodom, Pantera? The list goes on and on for other bands that deserve to lead Mayhem Fest and have us get our money's worth, instead of paying to see people we've already seen. Maybe even mix it up and keep slayer, or slipknot, in exchange for one of the fore mentioned bands, not both. Just saying...
