What the fuck i see many metal bands already written down here. As far as modern non metal band i gotta say the black keys and the black angels are the best going today

I like a lot of post-rock bands, neo-folk, classical, neo-classical, noise/drone, ambient, jazz (experimental and free jazz especially), and experimental music besides metal.
