I'm going to see As I Lay Dying concert in about a week and For Today is going to be with them, I like their music but are they good live? Also a band called the chariot.

The Chariot is very good. AILD is obviously great. Can't tell you much about For Today.

the chariot will blow your fucking mind. they will be the highlight of your night i promise. for today unfortunately blows live and just don't hold up to there albums

As I Lay Dying kicks ass! Can't say anything about The Chariot, For Today IMO sucks pretty hard live.

I just don't understand what everybody sees in AILD. I have tried multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt and get into them but just can't!!!! Not enough rythm or melody for me. I mean I like lots of different music and also lots of different types of metal as melodic as dio and as heavy as LOG but i can't like them. I guess it is good if all you want to do is mosh and not really listen or watch the band but they do absolutly nothing for me.

Oh and they sucked at mayhem in2012!!! sounded like a shitload of lawnmowers running all at the same time!!! and arnt they a christian metal band that right there is pretty lame and stupid this day in age to believe in fairy tales like that so blindly

Who the fuck cares if they are a christian band or not. Does what they believe really matter? And this is coming from an atheist who's a physics major. If you don't their music that's your opinion, but hating on them because of their religion; that's low.
