Most of the music I am listening to right now is coming from Sweden. Is there any other country that is even close to putting out the quality of music coming from Sweden? Opeth, In Flames, Soilwork, Marduk, At the Gates, Vintersorg, and tons more. Would love to see Mayhem do a stage with all Swedish bands.

Depends on what branch of metal you listen too, personally I'm a huge fan of the New Wave American Metal bands like Lamb Of God, Machine Head, DevilDriver, As I Lay Dying and so forth, but if you are into another branch more like Black metal then you'd definately be looking for bands from other countries in europe like Denmark, or Norway.

None. Its a universal and individual thing, got great bands from many countries usa uk germany sweden finland etc.

Lots of countiries have awesome metal bands. USA, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Norway, some from Canada and the UK and a few from Australia. And I really like a band called Chthonic and hell they're from Taiwan.

I don't think any country is better than another. I tend to really enjoy bands out of Sweden, Norway, and Finland... but I like bands from other places as well. In the U.S. I think bands from Portland are usually pretty good. Florida obviously had some great death metal bands come out, and California and New York have had a good thrash / crossover scene.
