Rockstar Mayhem Festival

My friend's daughter might be going to jail (juvenile hall, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon) because she stabbed one of the people that was bullying her. Right now she is waiting for her bail hearing. We're extremely worried about what will happen to her because of this. This type of thing has happened before and will happen again if something isn't done sooner. Bullying is already a crime in most states, but it usually isn't enforced until something extreme happens and that's always too late.

^ THANK YOU! Some-fucking-body else is saying the EXACT SAME THING i keep telling you...but they respond with "Oh, you're only saying that so you have an excuse to kill us all." I am constantly made fun of, often called "The Spawn of Satan" just because I listen to Metal. And, in all honesty, I'm not the one i think will come to school and hurt or kill a bunch of people. One of my closest friends is bullied more than I am and it worries me. i know i could kill everyone here with one hand...but I think my friend will....

This is proof that bullying can severely screw-up somebody's life.

She could get up to 20 years in jail for stabbing him, and I thought they decided not to get her for bringing a weapon to school (or something like that), but it turns out she did which could add another 5 years.

Also, AmIMetal, I graduated 10 years ago on May 31st and I'm just now getting my life on track and I blame the way I was treated at school. It seemed like even the teachers were in on it.

^this. also bullying won't go away. it is a part of human nature (not a good one) the strong picking on the weak, pack mentality, etc. Most of the time the bullying is by someone who themselves is insecure about something going on in there life. But there is no excuse for bringing a gun or knife into it... sorry.

It's not difficult to realize that bullying is a form of psychological torture. It has always ended terribly whether the person bullied winds up with psychological issues or does something horrific. Until people start seeing bullying for what it is, it will never be stopped. We'll just keep blaming video games and movies and music for teens going nuts.

Being bullied is only one of the many reasons I dropped out of school. I'm not so weak to where pathetic kids picking on me to make themselves feel better would make me forfeit my education but it did take a huge toll on me. It caused me to miss alot of school and I was never able to focus because I could hear all the whispers behind me or whatever. I've always thought about horrific things I wanted to do to these people. Bullying fucks some people up big time. I've been out of school for about....2 years now but still feel it's effects.

I find absolutely nothing wrong with selfdefense of any kind. If someone is physically attacking you, u should have the right to kill or severely wound them. Its selfdefense, not assault. So, fuck everyone who disagrees
