o and sorry i forgot number 3..... back to the point of bottom line is for @rocstarenergymayhemfest to make money, people just dont seem to understand that metallica,soad,tool, gnr,ozzy, sabbath,and rammstein simply coast WAY!!!!!to much money to turn any type of profit.therfore please!!!!!!! leave them off wishlists and surveys , its just not gonna happen.

yes but he is so popular in europe its hard for him to turn down the festival money i would assume.

Makes sense. But I'll still keep my hopes up for Alice Cooper someday being on Mayhem and Rammstein too considering that Kevin said it himself that he wants it badly.

theres always a chance, except for the super expensive groups i named, and @simon trust me kevin wants rammstein and this would have been the year. really tried to make that happen but after seeing the financials and what goes into there show its just not feesible for @rockstarenergymayhemfest . and that is from our side and the rammstein side.

rammstein i don't believe has even played Waken. So i can imagine that a multi-date cross continental tour won't happen.

ah stand corrected. i was looking at past Wackens. either way there stage shows are so complex i can't see them doing mayhem.
