I read thru the VIP thread because id love to meet a few bands and watch from the stage but it seems that the VIP passes garner mixed results. How would a unconnected average fan go about getting one of the higher clearance lanyards/passes? Id be willing to pay a reasonable price just not sure where to begin. Are credentials handled locaction by location or on a tour wide basis?

credientials are handled through the venues for press and photo. your best bet is the artists after @rockstarenergymayhemfest announcement, example motorhead did there own meet and greet last year for 500 you got meet and greet photo autographs backstage bbq and you got to watch their set from the stage.
