GA stands for general admission, price level 3 probably means that there aren't seats at the venue but you have multiple sections of GA. kind of like southwest airlines if you have ever flown SW. it's GA but you get a ticket with A,B,C on it. depending on which letter you have, you board the plane first or last.
You tried hard and you failed. Moral of the story is never try.
