voting for anthing is pretty much always predetermined, you know: grammys,emmys,the us election,etc. however in cases like this im pretty sure the predeterming is voted on by the people who put on the show and reach agreement and THEN see what the majority of votes get to see what people want. hopefulyl not the damn deftones
