If he didn't go back, they'd issue an international warrant for his arrest and he'd be even more fucked. Who knows what will happen. He's facing 5-10 years if convicted. We'll see, but I really hope he doesn't end up being convicted.

nope. dont think thered be extradition. he should choose the opportunistic advantage to this situation and just not go. after all, not many ppl even think he committed that crime

Look up Roman Polanski. You will see how worthless an international warrant can be. For some reason I think he is going to be okay. I have a lot of respect for him going back.
