Temper Temper Album Opinions? (BFMV)

The album has been leaked if you didn't know. But anyway, if anyone has listened to it, does anyone have any opinions on it? Honestly, I think it's pretty good. I'd say it's better than The Poison, but not as good as Fever. S/A/F being their best effort. (Obviously all my personal opinions.) I think BY FAR Tears Don't Fall Part 2 was the best track off that entire album. But anyway, I'd like to know what other people think. INB4 BFMV ISN'T REAL METAL = SHIT

If you think it's better than The Poison and not as good as Fever, that only tells me I should stay away from this...

It's the worst album I've heard in a very long time? Better than The Poison? You're clearly an idiot. I'd rather listen to the new All That Remains album while in a coma over and over again over that atrocious piece of shit. It's all rehashed riffs from past material and from other bands that have done it better. New Bullet for my Valentine sucks more dick than a prostitute with herpes.

I'll check it out later when it's closer to release.

It's honestly the worst piece of shit I heard in a long time. I been a big fan of them for a long time and I was pretty excited for this. But man, even bring me the horizon sounds better than this album. I thought they were awesome at uproar 2011 and they were pert of my first concert then, but other than the poison and scream aim fire they don't have much going for them anymore. Add them to the list of bands that have sold out big time.

You know honestly, I don't even know why The Poison is so revered. The writing better than Fever, yes. But Fever in terms of instrumentals was way more complex, which, in my opinion, made better. I honestly don't think Temper Temper was at all bad. The lyrics, I can admit sucked a decent amount, but as far as instrumentals, though they left much to be desired, they were still better than Poison. I guess the point I'm trying to make is I just pay more mind to the instrumentals. But anyway, if you're going to say it sucks, repeating it over and over again doesn't really explain why. So give some well thought insight as to why it sucked? Be specific.

Well for one thing the lyrics are boring, repetitive, predictable and generic. The instrumentals are ok but I am not gonna listen to the album just for that. As far as vocals go matt is still pretty good but there are far better vocalists in the market, even in core. There really isn't anything good I can say about the record. I hate how they had to go and ruin the awesome name of tears don't fall. That song is a classic and they ruined it. Honestly it just makes me angry that another band I love has to release such garbage. I mean, how did you make amazing albums and then do this. And by the way I only think the poison was ok. But scream, aim, fire was much better.

Ruined Tears Don't Fall? LOL what were you expecting? A carbon copy of the original song copied and pasted onto their record? That song was bad ass. The lyrics weren't bad, could have been better, but even the instrumentals were great. That solo kicked fucking ass too! Just based on what you're saying, you're logic for it sucking is because it's not like their older material and because it could have been better. Like, I mean, I'm not trying to debate whether the album was good or not, but c'mon, if you're gonna say something sucks, then stand by that, don't just say something sucks just because it could have been better.

And another thing, just because a band decides to go for a different approach in sound doesn't always mean they sold out. I mean, come on. With the recent lightness of new albums from Trivium, ATR, and ow BFMV people act as if EVERYONE is just suddenly going to listen to it, and these bands will suddenly become mainstream phenomenons. Lighter and more general toned things don't always make something worse, y'know.

No it doesn't make it worse, it just makes it less good. I liked the new trivium album. But all that remains and BFMV were just awful. All that remains were one of the best core bands of all time until for we are many came out. Now they just sound like five finger death punch. And tears dona't fall part 2 WAS a copy of part 1. They basically just took the riffs and solo's and just put in there. They weren't even trying with that song. Like I said why would I waste my time with this record when I could go back and listen to their old stuff if I wanted to? There are much better core bands out there if that's the sound you want. And how is me not liking it as much as their old stuff not a valid complaint? Lol.
