It would be different if we had been talking about dead musicians who died cuz of this recently but we didn't. I just wanna point out the The Rev's death was an accidental overdose of his medical drugs....or so they speculate. I believe that though personally. Just pointing this out in case nobody else did.

When it comes to people committing suicide or loosing their lives to drugs, I don't have any sympathy for them at all, just their family.

I can agree with the OP in a sense. While I don't condone the death of anyone, they still put their lives in their own hands and acted in such a way where death occurred. To be honest I really don't have sympathy for those people because they selfishly turned to substances and died for it. They played the drug game and paid the pied piper. Plain and simple... That being said, I DO feel sorry for the ones they left behind. The family and friends and band mates and fans that now have to go on with out them.

Death should never be celebrated. Dave Mustain is an Opinionated asshole but he makes some of the best Metal music on the planet. The guy has the righ to be the way he is. The ironic part of this is a lot of Musicians write some of their best music when they are on drugs.
