and if your talking about mushroomhead as jager headliner?? they were second on jager stage for midwest dates 2 years ago. so no they have no fanbase out west or canada.

getting them on mayhemfest would help them out west I know they are populer in chicago both there shows I went to last year sold out

If you knew the line up in November, then why are the bands being delayed so much? If one of the bands is going to be on tour (like Motorhead last year) why not release the rest of the bands now? I could understand that if one of the headliners is on tour you would have to wait, but then why not announce the headliners later? Also, the dates. Why is that taking so long? Is Mayhem really not able to secure venues or is this just to build hype?

New cities, new venues, travel time, set up time this tour is bigger and has stuff we haven't done yet as you will see with the dates. And as far as having the lineup in November? What's so odd about that? Just because a tour is set dosent mean it has fo be announced? That is John and kevins call. Hell there are tours that are booked over a year in advance doesn't mean they are announced? Example ac/dc has dates until may of 2015 all done opening artists signed contracts done. Yet not one announcement yet. And these dates are worldwide. Not an 8 week run across north America. Hope this answers your questions.
