Money and drawing power in north America, and seven fold will b doing their own tour im sure. This is just my OPINION! !!!! Based on past bookings and numbers.

now manowar is more popular in europe i understand but why is it impossible for mushroomhead? mushroomhead played mayhem for liek a few days a couple years ago why the fuck would they not book mushroomhead

Regional band mostly. No following except Midwest and east coast, which are the dates they played. If you look at their sales, and tours and venues west of the Mississippi, they don't make any money.
