According to line-up rumors, I can't see this tour making money. For the die-hard metal fan, like most on these boards, this show will be great. IMO, again, just my opinion - for the mainstream metal fan, which is probably 70-80% of the paying crowd, I can't see this line-up selling tickets. There has always been one or two big name headliners - whether it's Manson, Slipknot, Disturbed, Slayer Godsmack, Korn ,etc. I don't see Amon Amarth and Deftones motivating your average ticket buyer to attend this show. I've probably been to well over 300 concerts in my life and this is looking to "specialized'??? This aledged line-up need to add a bona-fide big name headliner.
It's like, how much more black could this be? and the answer is none. None more black.

Amon Amarth and Deftones are for surely not the headliners. They don't have big enough of a fanbase unless they plan on making this festival a huge clusterfuck like warped tour.

With Rob Zombie, Deftones, and possibly KsE on the bill, it should do fine.
"If it ain't metal, it's crap."

I'm hearing Rob Zombie, 5FDP, and Deftones as the headliners. That sounds like something that will attract a lot of people if you ask me. Also it sounds like between Children of Bodom, Amon Amarth, and Behemoth that this tour will have a market with death metal fans. Having an entire stage for Sumerian Records promises to bring out fans of bands on that particular label, and there happen to be a lot of those people. Motionless in White and Chelsea Grin are rumored, which will bring out scene kids. There will be something for everyone, and the tour will succeed on that basis. Maybe it won't be totally gangbusters like in years past, but they don't have to worry about whether they'll make money or not, that's a sure thing.
