Flash forward around 600 years, a new band called rekkr comes out and becomes really big and makes good music (hell, if they could make actual music, they'd still be loads better than greg's rekkr, and I know greg, you aren't in it, but they are essentially your band since you hype them up so much), this is of course assuming that mayhem will exist that long, same goes for humanity

*I'll laugh too, because that would be a great joke played by the organizers. If rekkr were to ever be on mayhem, they would be the opening band for the headbang for the highway stage/tent. And even then that's a huge stretch because those bands tend to have a lot more likes on their page than rekkr does. And don't pull this "they have a lot more fans than that," no fucking shit, but that is still a good indicator of how popular they are, which is not very.

cut the band some slack they already were on co-label tour and have fans online and yes, more, but you have to remember theyve only released that 1st 3 song album and one song (rekkr) thats off tehir upcoming one. when they release that album youre gonan be seeing lot more FB and revrbnaaion lieks and changed opinions and popularity and also stories and interviews on blabbermouth and metal sites. i bet you the mayhem organizers would be willing to book them next year for the jager stage, by then theyll be big enough to be on it. and btw, that opening stage or whatever is always played by psychostick, and psychostick is just not even good.

Psychostick is a very good band with quite a bit of talent. Is you dont like their comedy then go look at the serious band they started Evacuate Chicago. They have plenty of talent on all the instruments, something that Rekkr seems to lack.
