Mushroomhead's lyrics are stupid. Their music is simplistic, generic industro-nu-metal.... and yea they have two untalented vocalists, while other bands have one vocalist that can do both of their jobs much better with a lot less effort.

I have to disagree on both counts

if you dont like industrial metal you probably wont like mushroomhead. and i have to disagree that industrial is generic. its jsut about the most ungeneric genre of metal. think about it, listen to rob zombie, then rammstein, then powerman 5000, then marilyn manson, then mushroomhead. they all are unique. and also no the backing singer isnt a virtuoso but the main vocalist jeffrey nothing has a very signature voice and is awesome. and also i gotta say are you saying bands with 2 vocalists arent good? lacuna coil has 2 vocalists

The difference between Mushroomhead and Lacuna Coil is that Lacuna Coil's singers have talent. Andrea Ferro could alone out sing any of the singers from Mushroomhead let alone if they get Scabbia to sing against them. Lets just face it industrial is really not a good genre, all its really giving us is Static-X, Fear Factory and The Union Underground. There are countless genres that are better.

would love to see mushroomhead on mayhemfest they kicked ass the 2 times seeing them last year and might see them again in febuary if i have the money

@Deathmetalllama, industrial sucks? bullshit! industrial is one of the best genres in metal. i dont even know if i can name an industrial band that sucks. and i see only 2 people besides myself here who think mushroomhead is good. i fuckin hope they play mayhem

Industrial is not a metal subgenre, Nine inch nails aren't metal, amazing, but not metal.
