Really i mean why? U guys really hate. Crue and whitesnake and def leppard etc. And what about new bands like crashdiet and steel panther. What is wrong with it?

cuz it's not brutal. The lyrics don't mean anything to me.

It's just always seemed boring to me. All my friends who aren't as into metal like it but it's just not exciting.

Def Leppard isn't hair metal. Hell, they haven't been Metal since 1983 with Pyromania. Are yout that damn clueless Greg. As far as Whitesnake, and Motley Crue go. I like Motley not a big fan of Whitesnake though.

its stupid, cheesy, simple, flashy, and girly. They care more about sex appeal and image than music quality

u all need to get a little more open minded,not everything has to be slayer and cannibal corpse brutal. and a lot of these bands are in their 50s and 60s now i dont think they cre about looks more than music always.

Im not all obsessed with things being heavy and brutal all the time. I enjoy atmospheric music, and accoustic neo-folk/ classical music... its more of a matter of focus on the actual music, not how much hair spray you have in.

who cares what they look like??? were not talking about shitty screamo or core. theres nothing wrong with image in music,as long as you have good music. look at kiss or rammstein,they have bigger visuals than anyone i see nobody hate on them.

I don't really enjoy them either tbh lol

Image can be a good thing if they have the music to back it up though. (or show in the case of like GWAR)
