Rockstar Mayhem Festival

I'm sure all of us HAVE or HAD to go to a concert because of a friend, girlfriend / boyfriend, family member, etc. that we may or may not of wanted to see. Me and my girlfriend have an agreement to see eachother's favorite bands and musicians. Just what I've had to endure already (and by far the worst): Demi Lovato. Lemme tell ya, it was weird to be there that night lol I also went to Demon Hunter with her but I wanted to go to that. But in February I have to see Stone Sour / Papa Roach (Stone Sour is fine with me, Papa Roach is ok), in March I'm going to have to see Flyleaf, in April I have to see Bon Jovi (which is fine by me), and I have to see Paramore and Blue October whenever they come to town. And one time I took my really less-fortunate Juggalo-of-a-friend to ICP. Ugh, while I'll admit that their stage show was decent and creative, I HATE ICP and their retarded Juggalo cult. I think that's about it.

i think the real question that needs to be asked here,is would anyone here who hates rekkr see them?

@Simon, don't get me started man. My girlfriend is a pop-punk kid. So, just off the top of my head, we just recently saw New Found Glory (which was actually fine, I mentioned before that I trade guitar picks and shit, and the bassist trades too...and they are my girls favorite band, so we traded and she got to meet him, and with everything I have from him I made her a framed thing with a signed setlist, picks, and a picture of the two of them...best Christmas gift ever LOL). Upcoming, I have to go see The Starting Line. But, trying to remember, I have had to go with her to see Taking Back Sunday, Cartel, and The Starting Line once before (not a treat). As well, coming up, I may be taking my buddy out to Philly to go see Halestorm (but thats OK cause I will get a cheesesteak while there). Last one is goddamn Emmure, only cause they are playing the same damn tour with Whitechapel and Unearth.

yeah simon i got the same deal going....I've had to see Bon Jovi twice, Bret Michaels & 3 Doors Down & Daughtry.....While none of them flat out sucked just not my cup of tea...lol. & i think i have as good of a time watching how amazingly different the crowd is @ those kinds of shows as she does when she goes to mine...oh & greg...No Fucking Way!!!!

oh yeah i had the unpleasant experiecne of having to sit through the deftones open for soad. they fuckin suck,they have like 1 passable song in my view. and @ everyone who say they wouldnt see rekkr,why? if you were in a situation like you are saying then would you see them? they even cover freebird live

I was forced to see Hinder, Puddle Of Mudd, Papa Roach, & Buckcherry with my girlfriend and she also had me take her to see The All American Rejects.... wasn't sure I was going to make it! not kidding that sucked real bad

The only one I can think of off the top of my head is Hollywood Undead because I liked the other headliner....Asking Alexandria

i had to go to uproar cuz my gf likes a7x, escape the fate, and pretty much everyone who was on that lineup that year. Only band i liked was sevendust. other one was extreme thing festival cuz she likes the used and falling in reverse. at least we got to go to vegas for that one. now looking into next year she wants to go to warped, extreme thing again, uproar, eminem, falling in reverse, escape the fate, icp, pretty much any emo band. But she tolerates my stuff too. Hopefully Goatwhore will play next year \m/

I forgot about Halestorm. I took her to Halestorm because she loves them, I don't mind them either though. And Nightwish too. But I love Nightwish so that probably doesn't count haha
