unless you count hardcore bands like Sleeping with Sirens and Pierece the veil metal i cant think of something i dont like at least a few bands, Classic rock, hard rock, death metal, black metal, metalcore, grunge, a little glam, nu metal, anyone else appreciate all kinds of metal?

every genre. some more than others. though i hate much of metalcore,deathcore,and grindcore,there are some good bands like kse,atr,trivium,suicide silence,anal cunt,etc. however,what about Death-Thrash? anyone else a Death-Thrash fan? not talking about Death Metal mixed with Thrash metal like Death or Revocation im talking bout the new Death-Thrash Movement. Rekkr,Toxikator,Some Fucking Idiot,No-One-Lives,Skullface,The Unknown,etc. also,i forgot to make a post about this but Through The Eyes Of The Dead sucks fucking ass.

Not that big a fan of deathcore besides suicide silence and whitechapel. I can listen to metalcore as long as it's not awful like pierce the veil or blessthefall. Not really a fan of doom metal. And i been really getting into black metal lately.

@Denis, Sleeping with Sirens and Pierce the Veil are NOT hardcore. Those are stupid "post-hardcore" bands, according to sites like wikipedia. Hardcore bands would include shit like Bane, Terror, Bad Religion, Suicidal Tendencies, Agnostic Front, Converge....stuff like that. If you want to see what Hardcore is, find the Gangland for FSU (you'll know you have the right one when you watch it and find Joe Hardcore, the dude who organizes all good hardcore shows around Philly, including This Is Hardcore, a 4-day long festival celebrating good hardcore music (not bullshit).

There's so many sub genres of metal, most of which haven't been mentioned. All the main sub genres have been, but there's so many off shoots.

I would NOT say that I am a fan of every genre of metal (specifically the core, glam, and nu metal bands). But I will admit there is at least one band that I am a fan of in each genre.

Death-Thrash is not Death MEtal/Thrash Metal or anything that sounds liek Death,Revocation etc. Im still looking for that video that explains its origins. and its not a made up genre,and i didnt invent it,and my band doesnt even play it so before you speak do some fuckin research
