@Simon, how many picks did they throw last night? And who threw the most, on which side of the stage (when you were facing the stage? House left or house right?)

I caught a cold.

@ Sawborg, Both Dethklok and ATR threw a decent amount of picks. TBDM only threw about 2 (more to the right side of the stage). Machine threw out a decent amount too. For Machine Head, you'll want to be more to the right hand side where the bassist is, or if you can be right in-between Robb Flynn and the bassist, becuse the bassist threw a pick about every other song, and of course a few more at the end after "Halo". Robb only threw 1 or 2, almost got it too but some other bastard got it first. ATR threw out a ton of stuff at the end. tons of picks from all members, and I almost got a drum stick too, had my hands on it too but some other guy got it at the same time as me and I let him claim it, wasn't worth the fight. But if you're up at the front you have good chances of getting something (picks, sticks, setlists, and Phil threw out his wristband too). Dethklok didn't throw any drumsticks, but for me I was standing right at the front and in-between Brendon Small (center) and the guitarist (left) and they tossed out a decent amount of picks at the very end, I got me a pick. No setlists. Hope that helps.

@Simon, you mean, if I am standing on the floor, facing the stage, go towards my right? Here....Stage left and stage right (if you are standing on the stage facing the crowd) and house left or house right (standing on the venue floor facing the stage). Stage left = house right, Stage right = house left. Which side should I stand closer to??

Standing on the stage facing the crowd? more towards the left of the stage but still a little centered. But from the crowd's persepctive facing the stage, more towrds the right but still a little centered. And I say that mainly because of the bassist of MH.

Alright, sweet! Same place for Dethklok, TBDM, and ATR as well? And, to put more into the thread, very excited...just traded to get a pick from Pustulus of GWAR, as well as the yellow signature Balsac pick (now I have the set of Balsac, Beefcake, and Flattus).

^ Nice! And yes to TBDM and ATR doesn't matter where as long as you're somewhere in the front either on the left or right. I just happened to switch to the left after MH and I don't remember how it worked so much for Dethklok, but I'll suggest the left side for Dethklok, but they still threw out stuff to the right, so it's entirely up to you.

I caught two picks from Anthrax two months ago. One from Frank Bello and one from Scott Ian.
