i don't smoke it but am happy as hell it was passed just a matter of time before it legal everywhere and will never do it

Marijuana is technically non-addictive, so theoretically it should not cause dependency issues.I would think that most positive things about it would be taxing it, providing domestic jobs and starting new businesses. The government will also save massive amounts of money by not locking people up over a plant. It has the power to become a very powerful industry for recreational uses rather on hemp.

The thing I am looking forward to most about this legislation, is the effect it will have on drug violence and gangs. It should reduce it significantly, making the state a safer place. This is besides the fact that consumers of marijuana will now be getting a safe product because it will come form a business not a guy on the street corner or your brother's friend's cousin.
The government is a greedy piglet that sucks on the sore chapped nipple of the tax payer.

the only bad thing about this passing is that there really isn't a good argument against it... so not much in the way of a debate. the tax revenue should be insane. you can't tell me that once they announced that it will be legal to smoke, buy, and be in possession with weed in washington that millions of ears didn't perk up and minds instantly went to where there next vacation will be. Amsterdam of America!
