Pretty much everything. He seems to not care about homeless people at all. He thinks welfare is a problem when it could be sometimes but other people might need it.

^Welfares original purpose was to help people get on their feet, not have someone live off of. Obama wants to just extend welfare benefits. Romney wants people to provide for themselves, not looking for a handout.
