the truth is... system of a down headling would be very costly to mayhem money wise and soad is also not really good with the us festival tours, so the main stage will either have system of a down headlining or if they dont get them i think it will be rob zombie headlining. the rest is simple... Main stage: 2nd headliner: Avenged sevenfold or rob zombie 3rd slot: lamb of god main stage rotators: bullet for my vallentine, testament, hatebreed jager stage: headliner: children of bodom, others: overkill, DevilDriver, kreator other side stage (if soad headlines this will be a cheap record company stage like last year due to money issues, if rob healines it will be a revolver stage): fear factory, death angel, gojira

Kreator will never be on mayhem. they are a headlining band on their tours and play like 15 songs and mayhem would offer them only like a jager stage headline or soemthing and theyd never take it cause thed want to be on main. ZOMBIE WONT be on mayhem cause of the twins of evil tour outside the u.s. LOG is possible but not extremely likely. Overkill is confirmed. Fear factory is pretty reasonable. Sevenfold wont be on it they already said they wont be touring june-july and theyd be on uproar if anything. testament i doubt but itd be awesome. and soad is very possible,however you forgot about the 3 most likely possibilites: pig destroyer,tool,and voivod.

System of A Down would be a fine stage headliner for Mayhem. The question is though, who would be the other co-headliner? Alice in Chains would be a perfect fit for that or Rammstein. They turned it down though.
