Dude honestly I just made my twitter like a month or two ago and I don't even know how to use it. I still don't have a picture on it and I can only use the mobile site. And I hate using the mobile site on any websites I go on.

well if you have an iphone its pretty easy to upload a profile pic just go to "me"then "settings" (the gear looking symbol) and then you can edit your profile. it should be like that for any mobile device i would think. if not then i have no idea :/
