Slipknot definitely had the most intricate stage design, but Slayer had fucking inverted crosses that blast fire. I thought that was WAY cooler. I say Slayer.

Anthrax, I was 5 feet from the barricade and they played all of their best songs they could fit in. They got more time on the sidestage too so it kicked ass. My bitch friend left halfway through Slayer's first song, so I missed being close to Slayer which blew serious dicks. And I thought it was just fucking weird that Slipknot had 2 DJ's at a METAL concert, 2 dudes that hit fucking barrels the whole time, yet they had one guitarist and no bassist. What the fuck, that's a 3 person band with 4 other dudes that are unnecessary. No metal band should have DJ's, let alone 2.

At the Tinley Show I personally believe Slipknot stole the show and based on the crowd reaction around me everyone was on the same page. Next best is Anthrax who just put on the most fun show with every member kicking serious ass.

Based on the Chicago show performances, I'd rank them as this: 1) Slayer 2) Slipknot 3) Motorhead 5) As I Lay Dying 4) Anthrax 5) Whitechapel

While Slipknot kicked ass, again. Their stage show was awesome. In this type of an event, Slayer will be awfully tough to beat out. Anthrax was incredible, even for being relegated to a side stage. But, the question of who was best, SLAYER!
