I pit the whole show

...the 1st mayhem i went to i was all by myself, and im pretty tiny, i did have ga tickets, but i was on the side [i love watching the fights, just not being in them!] and 2nd i thought i was gonna be by myself, i wasnt but i bought seat tickets, i had good seats tho. so it was all good....but im not a pit girl at all! [i dont handle pain very well, tho i throw a mean punch]

I pit. Some of the show, but you have to have a break eventually.

i pit for as much as i can, i definately need my breaks though, endurance far from top notch. need my breaks for weed, alcohol, other parifanilia(spellcheck??)

Only time I jump out of the pit is if I need to catch my breath, which is every now & then. People never seem to be too shy to pull me back in though? My first few shows I feared the pit, to an extent. I'm not a big guy (5'9" 150lbs), & not an aggressive rough & tumble guy. I was always intimidated by it (other than maybe running through to get to the other side), but for some reason during my first Slipknot show many moons back, I dove off the deep end and was pittin' with the big boys. It was then I realized at a metal show, it's (mostly) all love, and if you're a smaller guy, TYPICALLY the big boys won't floor ya. They'll take your smaller size into account and not destroy ya. Don't get me wrong, there sometimes is those guys who won't care, or try to even cheap shot the smaller guy just to make themselves feel tougher. Idiots. But, I roll with each punch be it incidental or on purpose and think a rock show mosh pit is one of my favorite places in the world.
