can someone explain why toronto is being left out of this tour, Mayhem was canceled last year and this year its not even listed. WE NEED ANSWERS!

I as pissed originally when there was no Toronto date, cuz I went to the 2008 Mayhem there, but Canada got one show that's even better HEAVY MTL!!! I Montreal July 24-25, it's Mayhem plus Slayer, Megadeth, Testament, Alice Cooper, Fear Factory AND it's an open field show, not an ampitheatre which is more confining!!!! This means the Toronto guys who don't have passports to cross t border can just take a Greyhound for 95 dollars and have two days of Mayhem. So come join in Montreal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

unfortunatly Canada has a rule where they do not let anyone into the country if they have any kind of criminal record. I have a feeling that maybe part of the problem for toronto's date :(
