hey, justa question. But...when people talk about Disturbed, they talk negatively about them cause they "release the same thing over and over". You say you want bands to change, and sound new. Yet, when a band does that, we label them as a sell-out or say that they "arent themselves", (example: Slipknot). I personally like bands to leave their style and sound alone. its what makes it their sound. I wanna know what you people think about this. Do we want change, or not?

when i say they sound the same, i mean the same beat over and over and over. thats what i mean. i love change. i dont mind change at all, and i also dont mean people staying the same. [like i wish korn had done] but disturbed all sounds the same...same drums, same guitar, same beat...its very repetitive. thats my thoughts on them [not only that...but they suck ass live]

In general, as a band gets older, their live performances decline because they settle into an unvaried routine and it drains the passion from their performance; they know exactly what they're going to do next, there's no creativity in it. I mean, if you look at Disturbed's live performances for sale on their site, the set lists are EXACTLY the same except for a couple shows where they had to cut a song or two due to time constraints.

It's really sad that things like that happen to bands like Disturbed and Metallica because back when they started out, they put on a great show. Now it's just get up, play songs, get down, rinse repeat. I may love some of their music but I can't get excited about seeing them live and it makes me cry a little inside :'(

i'll totally go out & get thee albumn.but nothings gonna be there old shit.most bands are like that though.

Forget what you all say, I always have & always will be a Disturbed one. Seen them twice, & the second time was an unbelievable show.

well. im glad you have enjoyed their shows and their music. I think ive seen them twice [its hard to say because i dont care] and there didnt put on a great show. i used to love them, and then i realized the truth....lol just not my thing...

ive seen em 12 times and each time was better then the last. i respect ur opion but personally i think they put on a kick ass show and i cant fucking wait to c them again

When you have to change your sound to make money your band sucks like Mudvane and Slipknot play some talent on the radio like Trivium and Arch Emeny or In Flames ans Soilwork or Opeth. TALENT
