wheather it be sick guitar, bad-ass drumming or fucking awesome singing? im just curious...personally im a drummer chick [i DONT drum] but whenever i hear double bad drum...its makes me want to take off my clothes....

And all my friends are skeletons. (They beat the rhythm with their bones) Spoonman.

this is how i started getting into different sub-genres... it was always one, or two, aspects of a certain genre that really got me into them. The Drumming in Thrash, the Singing in Power Metal, the Riffs in Death Metal, and the overall atmosphere of Black metal. etc

you know...i think thats true for me too...because like i said...drumming is the thing that draws me in...so yah....[dave from korn WAS {ie NOT anymore} my fav drummer of all time] so then i started to hear all this other great drumming...chimiera, lamb of god, all that remains, mudvayne, kittie, ill nino, all have exellecnt drummers. and that just led to more and more and more good drummers. so dude you kinda hit right on the nail.

A mix of everything. When everything is awsome, except for one part, it ruins the entire band. Also, i'm more of a thrash dude, so if band can play fast thats cool,but play GOOD when playing fast. I like it when bands are technical too, none of this scene hardcore breakdown B.S. for me.

i guess i pay more specific attention to vocals and guitar (being a guitarist/vocalist for a band), so if those two are good i usually like it. I still think everyone needs to do good though, drums, bass, everything...i can live with decent NOT BAD bass and drums.

everything is a part of the band body. drumz r the hear no doubt about that. guitars are the soul. bass is the blood. and vocals r the voice. but drumz r my favorite well cuz i am a drummer.
