A7X sold 200,000 copies of its first album, Sounding the Seventh Trumpet, when the members were all 18 years old. Their second album, Waking the Fallen, sold over a million copies and went Gold. Their third album, City of Evil, sold over 1.5 million copies and went Platinum. Their last album, the self titled one, has sold 500,000 copies.You say you're a musician? How many records have you sold? Exactly, probably none. So until you do, I dont think anyone in here gives a fuck about your opinion of this band, so why dont you leave the thread as it started, a story about how they got another great drummer to play for them (who must respect them to play with them, and believe me, I'll take Mike Portnoy's opinion over yours anyday). They are all great musicians and have been for ten years, and will continue to make music, whether you like it or not.
