I wouldn't be surprised if Lamb of God actually become my generation's Slayer...but by Lamb of God's point in Slayer's career, they were already marked as a revolutionary. Have Lamb of God imprinted themselves on metal history?

i personnally like both. ive seen atreyu live, it was a killer show. ive never seen log. god that would be amazing...but personally i think log deserves mainstage. i think honestly they have lots more talent, and more of a fan-base. i like BOTH. and this is JUST my opinion!

i believe they have but everything's been done by now, no single band can have that great an impact anymore. the scene is over saturated with bands

WELL!!! First off Atreyu sucks!!! LoG is AMAZING!!! ALSO!!! They got #2 on the top Billboards and number ONE on the Canadian Charts!!!! There money makers, Atreyu wasnt even ON that list, or even thought of. Lamb of God is the new aged Pantera! When (sadly) Pantera broke up and left the scene (DIMEBAG, R.I.P!), metal was starting to go downward with bands like Atreyu and all this Emo shit.... But then came the amazing Lamb of God! They took the torch left by Pantera and ran with it to the fucking hills to shine that torch to show us metal is still alive, and with that light of the torch, burn the eyes of the Emo scene kids and snuff there lives out.
