does anyone know why nick augusto replaced travis smith as the drummer for trivium?

last i heard, he was replacing for now. Travis isnt officially out, he's taking a break to spend time with his family. I really hope he didnt leave permenantly. Travis is awsome!

they officially announced him as permanent last week it was on blabbermouth he's making his recording debut on the god of war soundtrack.

No the song on God of War sound track is going to be by trivium not travis solo project but never the less travis was awesome

every interview I've seen recently when they are asked about Travis they just deflect the question and move on. and yes i meant nick Augusto in my previous post sorry for the confusion.

I really hope not. Trivium is freak'n awsome and Travis is awsome. They need him. I hope a new drummer wont screw em up.

He Got married. Nick is pretty awsome so it will all work out. he is a former drum tech he knew paolo for a long time so hes a great pick.
