Rockstar Mayhem Festival

I live in Hamilton and went to Downsview Park for my first Mayhem fest and it fucking rocked finally found a festival I love. Then I heard the year after Slayer and Cannibal corpse would be there well it didnt happen in Toronto and Im not made of money to go to it any other way then it being close. Please someone tell me why it hasn't came back?

That does answer it but not with detail lmao. Ya man the USA is more tight about censorship then us yet they have all the metal shows. We are supposed to be cool and laid back but noooo fucking big cheeses are screwing with our life blood.

Ok, think about this...how many bands on this tour? Thats a lot of paperwork to get them over the border for more than one show. Then making sure the bands have their work visas and make sure non of them have criminal records. How many of the bands have been here within the last 2 years...quite a few of them.

it does suck that Mayhem is not coming back to ontario.....it is an even bigger kick to the balls that MONTREAL of all places gets a date.

I know how much it takes to get bands in and I have seen a few of the band by themselves over the years. Thing is they are going to Montreal. They have been to Toronto before also. Why can't they do it again? It wasnt like they where lacking in sales of tickets at all. Last year they where supposed to but they just could not get downsview park for some reason. This seems kinda stupid

now whats this all aboot? eh?
