There's nothing wrong with Slipknot. The elitists on the boards want to talk shit about them because they're mainstream. So what? I've seen Slipknot twice, enjoyed both shows, and like most of their music. Just ignore people who talk out of their asses.

I'm sure everyone here that says they suck does not genuinely think that they suck. I can pretty much guarantee you that everyone jumps on the bandwagon just to gain some cred. Which is pointless on the internet (or anywhere else, for that matter.) Now I will always have a place for Slipknot, simply because they are the band that got me into heavier music.

I honestly hate them a passion, they're boring, they appeal to whiny 15 year old hot topic goths, they give metal a bad name. The only album i thought that was decent from them was Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat, other then that, they just suck.

nuthin. I love Slipknot. Maggot 4 Life brah. People dont like em cause their Nu Metal. Same reason why people dont like Disturbed,and Korn

I don't listen to that band anymore but I have alot of Respect for them. They got me into Metal and into heavier Music. If you don't like them for sound than okay but if you hate them because theya re mainstream then you need to kill yourself.

just one question directed at"Lupin the 3rd". being that M.F.K.R was never widely distributed (correct me if im wrong 1000 copies?) wouldnt you have to have liked something, More public maybe their self-titled? just a thought cause well i know that if i dont listen to a bands actuall cds, im not gonna listen to their rarity's. end of though

the problem with them is they make all the 15yr old mallgoths think they are cool cuz they listen to metal, when the reality is don't have one fucking clue as to what real metal is
