For the past 2 years, I couldn't wait to go to the Mayhem Fest. They had some of the sickest bands in metal playing there. I even saw bands I had never heard of before. The thing that made it cool was the fact that the show showcased METAL BANDS. I don't know what happened this year. Half the list of bands don't even belong at the show. Now before some of you get your panties in a bunch, let me say this. Bands like Korn, Rob Zombie, In this moment, and so on aren't shitty bands,they just don't belong on this tour. I just hope the promoters can remember that the next tour because I'm not spending my hard earned money on this one.

Why can't everyone just accept the fact that this is the final lineup? What happened to the excitement like last year? Everyone was happy last year and loved all of the bands for the most part. The only person who got a little bit of bashing was Marilyn Manson and even in the end, I can't even begin to tell you how many people I heard say that they were wrong about him and ended up liking him after all.

Do we really have to get into this discussion for the 1,678,218 time? Who are you to say what bands do and don't belong on this festival? You can argue that it is your opinion that they don't belong, but don't talk as if it's fact.I really don't see why you and practically everyone else on here has such a problem with Korn. By your logic that they don't belong on this festival due to the type of music they play, it can be argued that Disturbed, Slipknot, Manson, etc. shouldn't have been on the festival either. What makes them so much more "metal" than Korn? They all belong to the same genre of metal.Get this straight; this isn't the Rockstar Mayhem Death Metal Festival, it's the Rockstar Mayhem Festival. The promoters are smart in that they don't cater to a specific genre of metal. It would get very stale if it only had one type of metal year after year.By the way,I don't think the promoters give two shi** about your opinion regarding the lineup. They are still going to sell out almost every show and make a lot of money off this festival.
