Rockstar Mayhem Festival

I've honestly never seen so much bitching before, every other topic is called "DISAPPOINTING" "this lineup sucks" "who the real headliners should be" "BOO FUCKING HOO!" there is literally a hater topic for every band on this lineup. Espcially on Death Punch, i mean wtf, two years ago everyone was happy to see this former underground band on the lineup. It was thx to Mayhem that Death Punch spread so fast, so what if alot of people like 5fdp? So what if they decided to change up the genre on the headliners a little bit? I dont like shadows fall or 3 inches of blood, but you dont see me over here cryin about like a little fucking girl, i never thought id see this kinda shit from my fellow metalheads. Metal is struggling has it is, and the last thing our great genre of music needs is haters inside the buisness. If you dont like it then get the fuck out, theres plenty of other genres out there, idk about but I'd pick a band i hate other pop or hip hop any day.

I agree with you.People are just ignorant,immature jackasses who show no sign of ever growing up. What are the ages of most people that like mayhem fest 12-21 14-21 if they havent grown up by now then they wont.Who knows hopfully the next generation of metalheads will be more tolerant of everything.

The people who are bitching will eventually go away. Just ignore and let their post fall from the top. Most of them are trolls too and people are to stupid to realize that. PS the reason people turned on ffdp is they keep putting out lamer and shittier music ever since the bleeding came out, just so u know...

this is why i dont limit myself to Metal. i frequently enjoy me some Incubus, Green Day among other bands of the alternative, and more mellow genres... and even some rap.....call me a poser...but i can guarantee i can still kick your ass...in my eyes there is nothing wrong with having a open mind towards music...i listen to whatever sounds good to me.

you know what i noticed? there alot more hate threads for five finger death punch then atreyu which im really surprised at. but i love atreyu so i dgaf

The metal community is full of divas haters.. its alot of hating and bickering they learn from BLABBERMOUTH.net, they sound like picky spoiled 15 year old girls from long island who will eat rice but not beans cause it looks yucky ewww. then there are the divas who think they know everything about music lol. some of them think they are guitar gods themselves then you go to thier myspace and hear thier shitty local band sounding sloppy as shit. its kind of embaressing to be a metal head now. I rather be called a rocker even if im listening to gojira on my ipod.
