How am i troll for posting a serious topic regarding a Metal festival on the metal festivals site?

Korn is washed up and old...Disturbed is still making hits melting death metal lovers faces' off...Who would you rather see, no brainer broham. Sevendust is possibly the most violent heavy band on this earth and to even suggest they are not real death metal you shouldn't be allowed at ametal festival...Godsmack= BALLS TO THE WALLS, HAIR THRASHING KICK YOU IN YOUR MOUTH AND KNOCK OUT YOUR WISDOM TEETH, DEATH METAL.

Is this topic serious or are you just getting reactions?? I am a fan of those bands but hardly listen to them anymore. I listen to a little more heavier stuff than them like chimaira, devildriver, etc. My point being calling them death metal?? Not in any way. More like mainstream metal. And no i am not disrespecting any of those bands as I have seen Godsmack, Disturbed 3x and would like to see sevendust. They were good shows but in no way death metal! And all three of those bands fit in a category with korn, rob zombie, and ffdp, so I don't get this topic.

I love those bands to brother!!! Godsmack IMO is one of the heaviest bands out there, i dont understand how you can say they are not death metal dudearamus. Sevendust is heavy mosh and i put them with the likes of Slayer maybe not as heavy....now on to Disturbed....THE ABSOLUTE KINGS OF BRINGING THE MOSHING HEAVIEST OF HEAVY METAL, DEATH METAL OR NOT, FRIGGIN HEAVY RIFFS AND SCREAMING VOCALS. This is just my opinion, if you guys think you could name a heavier headlining group by all means discuss.

There lyrics, guitar riffs, vocals, drum beats, etc. do not equal death metal, yes they are metal but you need to do more research on death metal.Death metal is an extreme subgenre of heavy metal. It typically employs heavily distorted guitars, deep growling vocals, blast beat drumming, and complex song structures with multiple tempo changes. Go to google, type in death metal and tell me where you find any of those bands listed there. I am not a big fan of death metal and most people will agree with me when i say godsmack,disturbed, and sevendust are not death metal.

I disagree dudearotomy, but call them whatever you want...they still melt peoples faces off in concert. Actually forget calling them death metal genre...Disturbed, Godsmack and Sevendust are now Meltyourfaceoff Metal genre. Awesome.
