It usually ends around 11:05. Presale usually lets in about 15 to 20 minutes early. Tix usually vary in price. Pit is usually around 50, seats around 40, and lawn around 25. (I'm not from chicago, but this is usually for most places). And they opened the GA pit the last 2 years I think around 5 or so, but not totally sure.
