I'm in the same situation. Only about 1 hour 30 minutes to KC from here. But I'm making the 3 or 4 hour drive to OK City. Hoping they'll add more dates but it's whatever I'm not missing this shit.

Take a vacation, dude. If you're a big enough metal head you'll drive any distance to see your favorite bands put on a show. Besides, it's always a fun environment, makes the show a little extra special when it's in foreign territory, and it took an adventure to get there.

The closest show to me is 2 hours to Atlanta. I'll be driving 5-6 hours to other shows. An hour and a half is nothing. I don't know what you're bitching about.

Mayhem made an announcement this morning stating that the fetival will not return to Kansas City until the Chiefs make the playoffs. So chances are it will never return.

I have to drive 5 1/2 hrs to Indiana to see the show when it's 45 min away from my house in Detroit because my dumbass brother has to get married when it comes to Detroit so stop crying. If u really wanna see the show the drive shouldn't matter.
