i dunno either. There decent hardcore music, but all their songs sound the same. The only ones that really stick out to me are Defeatist and To The Treshold.

go get a copy of The Rise of Brutality. Hardcore music is supposed to be repetitive. You can't sit and listen to it for days, but when the time is right, blasting some great Hardcore conquers all.

it's the live show, the lyrics, the positive atmosphere, the music...it's everything. @stickdeath- idk where you're from, but I saw two of the Hatebreed/Cannibal Corpse shows and everybody did NOT leave after Cannibal Corpse. The venues were packed for both bands! If people don't like a band they tend to just say that everyone left during their set but most of the time they're just talking out of their ass.

Yeah, even has a huge Hatebreed fan I do agree that a few songs are a little too similar, but if your really listening you'll every song is pretty diverse, and most songs have a pretty aggressive message. Hatebreed as huge stage presence and defitley have to chalk their hardcore rep to their ridicilous fuckin shows, last time I saw hatebreed i was hurtin for the next week lol.

hatebreed was awesome!! for a hardcore band, they were rlly good until they start down playing the guitars and jamey tried actual singing lol 2 me, the last 2 albums have sucked. i just need more perserverance and rise of brutality. nonetheless, i just can't fuckin' wait to finally see them live tho m/
