I don't mind this years bands at Mayhem...show'll be good...but in my hometown of Omaha, Nebraska (aka Dumprag nowhere) we have a radio station called 89.7 the river that put together a one day event called Rockfest '09. I'm not trying to say that they outdid Mayhem, that would be ridiculous (since mayhem lasts for weeks, has more bands, and depends on bands being available for longer periods) but I'm curious to know what Mayhem fans think of this list of bands, in order of appearance. (The first two suck) After Midnight Project, Burn Halo, Bury Your Dead, Suicide Silence, Static X, Black Label Society, Mudvayne, Korn.
Is that hereditary or can one take classes?

ya im from omaha as well, however i think rockfest was a national fest last year i may be wrong

A lot of cities have their own "rockfest". But personally I would not really say that list outdid mayhem.
