Rockstar Mayhem Festival

actually HexOmega (I fucking love Opeth by the way, one of my favorite bands, if that's what your name is reffering too.) I am well aware that Behemoth's first albums, Sventevith, Grom, and somewhat Pandemonic Incantations were black metal albums. But around the time Inferno joined the band they changed their sound and had a very death metal approach to things. There are alot of blackened death metal bands, and I'm not trying to be an elitist, I'm just saying it how it is. I'm actually going to see Behemoth very soon, and I'm a huge fan. But you can't listen to Demigod or Evangelion and call it black metal, because it isn't. And I never said I didn't like Slipknot or FFDP. I actually enjoy FFDP. I've seen them live twice, Slipknot is alright, but I rarely ever listen to them. But basically what I'm trying to get at is people need to shut their goddamn mouths if they're going to try to attack a genre whenever they can't even properly identify bands that fall into that genre.
