and by the way, who wouldn't want talent music wise and stage presence wise? Dumb question. Not everyone wants to see Slayer stand in the same spot on the stage. Good band, no stage presence.

I think they are just a bunch of stupid fucks.

Slayer is one of my favorite bands, but they dont do ampitheaters, just a fact, Ive seen them on many package tours and usually theyd be on before a band who could ideally play the venue by themselves and have the same draw(Black Sabbath, Pantera, Judas Priest) by having them and Manson(who played the same venues themselves 2 years earlier) alot of people went "fuck, already seen it" and many were put off by the all death metal Hot Topic stage, where the 1st year had two big names(who can do arenas themselves) who hadnt toured together in 7 years or so, paired with 2 stages offering a variety of bands. Last year had a good lineup(hell I liked most of the bands except 2 or 3), but commercially it will probably be the poorest attended of the years Mayhem happens.

When Mayhem has Britney Spears and All Time Low as headliners, then we can worry about them selling out.
