Wtf is up witht the stupid ass code needed to buy tix?!? Im trying to go to fucking Mayhem Fest!!! it shouldnt be this hard to get fucked up and listen to hard ass rock! But im not cmplaining if I get to go thats good enough for me! Definitley buying them friday the 13th what better of a day to get them. Haha
zzLINDSEYzz- I bought my pit tickets the day they went onsale on this site. All of the presale tickets for the pit and lawn and reserve 1 are sold out, but that doesn't mean that all the pit tickets are gone. Those presale tickets there is a certain amount they sell to the people that know about the presale, on the other hand tickets go back on sale April 14th at 10:00am so I would try again but I would make sure that you have everything ready and buy them right when the clock strikes 10:00 good luck and hope you get your pit ticket.

I am curious to know why there are no GA / PIT tickets available for sale at face value to the fans. So far the only options I see through your site, pre-sale and other secondary ticket dealers (scalpers) are for the LAWN or in the "200" section OR for super inflated VPI packages.
I've been attending concerts for over 20 years and this is the worst time I've ever had getting GA tix to a show. It's as though you are only offering the very worst seattle available or the better at outrageous prices for so-called VIP packages which I have purchased in the past and they are a total waste of money. This greedy ticket sale approach is really leaving a bad taste in my mouth, I love the bands but I hate being ripped off and the exploitation of the music fan is starting to outweigh my love of going to shows.
What's the deal with the ticket availability and pricing?

Don't you guys think that it's still on pre sale time because I am still looking to get tickets for my friends but every time I go to live nation it ask me for a code a citi cardholder code until Monday I guess

Had no problem getting my pit tickets at 10:00 am for the Noblesville,IN. JULY 15 SHOW!!!! Sad that its on a Sunday, but oh well more reason to raise some hell with Slipknot. I'm hoping that Indiana can have another sale out show like back in 2010. Can't wait for Mayhem to be in Indiana.

Got pit for blossom on July 25 with no problem now I just gotta find out what which of the rotating bands are playing on the main stage

Got my Pit tickets just fine in Houston. What I'm wondering is why 2 of the bands are not playing this date? I actually found this out after I purchased the tickets. Now granted, that while they are decent bands, I'm going for the main stage acts. So it wasn't make or break that they're not going to be there. It just would have given the Houston attendees a small discount since we are the ONLY city not getting the complete line up. Or at the very least warned us ahead of time. Instead, I find out today through Ticketmaster (not even your site). Real classy guys.

SLIPKNOT OT9 had a pre-sale - pre-sale from 930 am - 10 am local venue time for Friday the 6th ONLY, i had no problems getting my PIT passes and all before 10 am and in two different time zones, for two different shows, Im glad i got to do that and ready to fuck shit up, it really sux for the true hardcore SLIPKNOT / SLAYER fans out there, i feel for you all and ive paid out the ass for my PIT passes in the past, I know id be breaking shit if not someones face if i didn't get my PIT passes through this so called "pre-sale" bullshit. Sounds like mayhem fest and their corporate nipple fucked the masses with how they did this and screwed many true diehard fans out of a great show experience, BE ABOUT THE MUSIC NOT THE FUCKING MONEY!!!!
