Day 7 - Denver, Colorado
Yet another totally sold out show, the fans were really stoked to be in Denver for every band on the lineup. The radio station had a couple contests going throughout the day. They gave away a pretty badass looking dirt bike and Ivan [FFDP] was there on hand to support his hometown fans. Immediately after the floodgates opened people raced to the second stages. By the time Hatebreed and 3 Inches of Blood came on the entire area was packed with die hard metalheads. It didn't let up for the main stage either. When Five Finger Death Punch came on, the whole amphitheater was already filled to the top.
The weather in Denver was perfect and the higher than normal altitude didn't seem to bother any of the fans rocking out in the fucking huge moshpits during the second stage sets. Playing in front of a sold out crowd was the perfect way to end this hot, sweaty, exhausting, but fucking amazing three day weekend of heavy metal!
